Refund Policy

Patterns, memberships, bundles and licenses from the Pattern Portal are digital goods, available the moment your payment goes through. Because they can't be returned, all sales are final, with two exceptions:

• Duplicate charges. If you were charged twice for the same thing, we refund the extra charge in full.
• A file that won't open. If a pattern you bought won't open and we can't fix it for you, we refund that purchase.

To ask for either, email hello@greyhouseglass.com from the address on your account, saying what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Partial periods aren't refunded. Switching between monthly and annual is prorated by Stripe.

Etsy purchases

Patterns bought on Etsy are covered by the Etsy shop's policies; contact us through Etsy about those orders.
