Privacy Policy

Greyhouse Glass runs the Pattern Portal. This page says what we collect, why, and who helps us run it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts and account messages.
• What you've unlocked or bought, and your membership status, so your library shows the right patterns.
• Your saved work: the size, glass choices and settings you save on a pattern.
• Unlock code use, including the IP address a code was redeemed from, to stop codes being shared.
• Billing details (name, billing address, card) are collected by Stripe at checkout. We keep only Stripe's customer and subscription references and the status of your payments, never your card number.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: payments, invoices and sales tax.
• Resend: sign-in and account emails.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires, even after an account is closed.

Your choices

To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email hello@greyhouseglass.com. Deleting an account removes access to anything bought under it.
